大纽约地区清华校友会2014职业发展系列活动第3期 —— 留学归国就业现状概谈 

本次活动邀请到两位在香港OptionsGroup担任猎头顾问的嘉宾向大家概要的介绍留学生归国在大陆和香港的就业形势并与大家一同探讨回国找工作的心得体会和准备事宜。

 

活动将分嘉宾介绍和观众提问两个部分。工作组将筛选出注册阶段填写的部分问题让嘉宾优先解答。本次会场容量为75人,以付费和填写问题(必填)为标准,先报先得,对于未能报上名的观众将予以退还报名费。

 

活动大致流程:

2.国内就业形势,热门职位和准备事宜介绍 (1 hr)

嘉宾简介:

李晓艾,现为OptionsGroup香港担任高级猎头顾问,主要负责买方及卖方客户的跨境人才需求和新建团队业务。在过去的9年多时间里,她成功完成了150多单包括首席投资官和地区总监在内的任务。她于2006年加入Options Group纽约总部,08年夏天调来香港负责开拓公司大中华区的业务。李晓艾拥有哈佛大学人类发展与心理学硕士学位,以及清华大学英语语言文学学士学位。她曾在06-08年间服务于大纽约清华校友会,组织和开展了一系列的活动和讲座。

 

陶婧,现为OptionsGroup香港担任猎头顾问及中国专员,主要负责投资银行,私募股权投资基金,对冲基金和资产管理公司等金融机构客户的业务,覆盖整个亚太特别是大中华地区。在此之前,她曾供职于北京的摩根大通和KKR,以及招商局资本的深圳团队。陶婧毕业于清华大学,拥有英语语言文学学士学位和应用心理学硕士学位。作为中国团队的核心成员,她在大中华区拥有广阔的人脉关系,也和其他行业的企业和组织有紧密联系。

THAA 2014Career Development Panel III

                                                                                                          ——International Students Career Development Status in China

 

This activity invited two headhunters working in OptionsGroup HK to briefly introduce international students’ career development and job hunting status in Mainland China and Hong Kong and discuss with audiences about the skills and preparation before the hunting season kicks off.

 

The activity will have two parts: Introduction and Q&A. We will filter some of the questions filled out in the online registration session and provided to the speakers. The capacity is 75 ppls. You have to both pay and fill out the question during online registration to be able to enroll.  For those who is not able to be admitted due to the capacity limit, we will refund the registration fee.

Speaker Biography

Sera Li is currently a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Options Group Hong Kong,  focusing on cross-border and build-out mandates for both sell-side and buy-side clients. She has completed 150+ placements including C-Suite and Regional Heads during the past 9 years. She initially joined Options Group global headquarters in NYC, and relocated to Hong Kong in summer 2008 to lead efforts in building the firm's presence in Greater China.

Sera holds Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and Bachelor of Arts in English from Tsinghua University. She speaks native Mandarin and fluent English. Sera is well known and respected in Chinese speaking community on both Wall Street and in Asia Pacific. She has also coordinated dozens of events and seminars at Greater NY Tsinghua Alumni Association between 2006-2008.

 

Jing Tao is currently an Executive Search Consultant and China Specialist at Options Group Hong Kong, covering Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Asset Management clients across Asia Pacific region, focusing on Greater China. She has completed a number of placements in areas of sales & trading, research & strategy and portfolio management. Previously, she worked at JPMorgan's Principal Investment team and KKR in Beijing, as well as China Merchants Capital in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Jing holds Bachelor of Arts in English and Master in Applied Psychology from Tsinghua University. She speaks native Mandarin, fluent English, as well as Cantonese and German. As a key member of the firm's China team, she is well connected within financial services professionals in Greater China area, as well as holding strong relationships with corporates and organizations in other industries.
